40 lbs down with Nutrisystem

I did my official weigh in Monday morning August 13, 2012.   I’m now down 40lbs with Nutrisystem since starting mid February….

To be current, I’ve switched to the Success plan for Men with 100lbs to lose.  The normal check off list and online planner are missing the additions for those with 100lbs to lose and doesn’t specify where veggies or water servings go, so here’s my my own version for the meal plan check off list:
