Watch Out for Sugary Drinks.

Sugar Content of Common Drinks

While I was reading a very nerdy computer related chat, someone happened to post a link to this photo.  Kind of makes you think twice about what’s in that can, bottle, or carton…..   On the bottom are baggies containing an equivalent amount of table sugar to what’s found in the container above.  I would like to have seen it divided down another level, such as naturally occurring sugar vs added sugar content for milk vs chocolate milk, juice vs flavored drink, etc. but its still a good visual.
